BLUE TRIANGLE COMMUNITY CENTER GENERAL RENTAL POLICIES AND INFORMATION

  • Blue Triangle reserves the right to decline a request to rent space at any time.
  • A rental agreement must be executed to confirm rental space.
  • Renter acknowledges that agreements are for use of the designated space, however, use of the facilities are non-exclusive unless specifically contracted.
  • Full rental fee is due no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event.
  • In the event of damage to the Blue Triangle by Renter or its patrons/guests, the Renter is responsible for and agrees to pay the cost of repairs.
  • Renter is required to procure the services of TCOLE certified security officer(s) based on a 1/75 guest ratio, or 1/50 ratio if alcohol will be on the premises.
  • Blue Triangle is not liable for any damage to/theft of property of Renter or a patron/guest of Renter.
  • Renter shall procure its own insurance and provide proof therefore to the Blue Triangle upon request. The Blue Triangle may require proof of additional insurance for any activity it deems increased risk.
  • Renter agrees to abide by all rules and posted signs.
  • The Renter shall place all trash in the appropriate trash receptacles.
  • If the parking lot of Williams Temple COGIC is utilized, Renter shall confirm that no trash is left in the parking area.
  • Use of illicit drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited unless Renter has procured the necessary licenses.
  • Appropriate footwear shall be worn on the gymnasium floor.
  • Appropriate lifeguards are required whenever the pool is being rented.

Yes, we have parking facilities available for event attendees. Use of the Williams Temple COGIC parking lot for additional parking is based on availability at a minimum cost of $75/half day and $150 /full day. You must sign a waiver and liability release form and provide your own security. Parking is at your own risk..
